About VISA

To enter Italy, all non-EU citizens must have a valid passport and Study Visa issued by the competent Italian Diplomatic Authorities in their country of origin. The Study Visa must be valid for the entire duration of the LL.M.

Please note that the competent Italian Diplomatic Authorities, in some countries, require the possession of a Declaration of Value as a precondition to the issue of a Study Visa. As the issuance of a Declaration of Value sometimes has proven to be a lengthy process, consequently the issue of a Study visa, at times, may take a longer than anticipated time period, stretching even up to 6 months. We therefore recommend prospective students to enquire about the procedure of the issuance of a Declaration of Value, and if necessary undertake the same, as soon as they have tendered in their LL.M. Application forms.
