The International Summer School examines emerging global challenges related to the migration phenomenon and from the perspective of the United Nations and the European Union, providing participants with specialized knowledge of the field. As the host of several important EU and UN organizations working in the field of training, research and technical assistance, Turin is an ideal location for this international Course. The International Summer School is co-organized by the European Training Foundation (ETF), the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI), the Faculty of Law of the University of Torino, the International Training Center of the ILO (ITC-ILO), the University Institute of European Studies (IUSE), with the financial support of Compagnia di San Paolo. The Course is organized in cooperation with the International and European Forum of Migration Research (FIERI) and under the auspices of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the International Institute of Humanitarian Law.
